摘　　要：本文概要介绍了AACSB国际商科认证的核心精神及2013版、2020版认证标准中有关“学与教”的主要内容,分析了学习品质保障体系AoL的要求及设计理念。以北京联合大学商务学院为例,从机制建设、体系构建、流程设计、规范养成、团队锤炼、闭环形成等6个方面,详细阐述了AoL的“闭环”实践路径,简要分析了AACSB认证的价值及对商学院发展带来的影响。This paper introduces the core spirit of AACSB international business certification and the main content of'learning and teaching'in the 2013 edition and 2020 edition certification standards,and analyzes the requirements and design concepts of assurance of learning system(called AoL).Taking BCBUU as an example,the'closed-loop'practice path of AoL is elaborated in detail from six aspects:mechanism construction,system construction,process design,standard cultivation,team training,and closed-loop formation.At last,the value of AACSB certification and its impact on the business school are briefly analyzed.
