基于GC-IMS技术分析天敌马六甲肉食螨挥发性物质对粮食的影响

摘  要:储粮害虫天敌应用对粮食气味物质的影响是评价天敌防控安全性的重要内容,马六甲肉食螨(Cheyletus malaccensis Oudemans)是我国粮仓中的重要天敌,本研究针对马六甲肉食螨在粮仓应用后对粮食挥发性物质的影响,采集天敌马六甲肉食螨、粮食和投放天敌的粮食,通过气相色谱-离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)提取样品的气味物质并形成指纹图谱,分析投放天敌的小麦和稻谷在不同储藏时期的挥发性化合物,以评价粮仓中投放天敌的安全性。研究结果表明,纯马六甲肉食螨挥发性化合物随着数量的增加而增加,500头时检测出23种,纯小麦中检测出62种,纯稻谷中检测出89种。小麦中投放天敌未发现特异性物质,但发现26种物质的含量存在差异。此外,随着储藏时间的延长,纯小麦中6种物质的含量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),而投放天敌的小麦也有3种物质含量产生变化。同样,稻谷中投放天敌未发现特异性物质,但发现38种物质的含量存在差异,纯稻谷随着储藏时间的延长,5种物质的含量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),投放天敌的稻谷则随着储藏时间的延长,8种物质的含量产生变化。粮食中投放马六甲肉食螨后,气味物质种类没有改变,仅气味物质浓度有所改变。The effect of grain volatile organic compounds(VOCs)after application natural enemies of stored grain pests is an important part to evaluate the safety of natural enemy control technology.Cheyletus malaccensis is an important natural enemy in warehouses in China.In this study,the effects of Cheyletus malaccensis on VOCs in grain after application in granaries were studied.Cheyletus malaccensis,grain and grain with Cheyletus malaccensis were collected to extract the VOCs by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS),and the fingerprints were formed.The VOCs of wheat and rice with Cheyletus malaccensis in different storage periods were analyzed to e valuate the safe application of Cheyletus malaccensis.The results indicated that the VOCs of pure Cheyletus malaccensis increased with the number,and 23 were detected in 500 Cheyletus malaccensis,62 in pure wheat and 89 in pure rice.No specific VOCs were found in wheat with natural enemies,but there were differences in the contents of 26 VOCs.In addition,the contents of 6 VOCs in pure wheat were very different with the extension of storage time(P<0.01),while the contents of 3 substances in wheat with natural enemies also changed.Similarly,no specific VOCs were found in rice with natural enemies,but the contents of 38 VOCs were found to be different.With the extension of storage time,the contents of 5 VOCs were very different in pure rice(P<0.01),while the contents of 8 VOCs changed in rice with natural enemies.In conclusion,the types of VOCs did not change,but the concentration was changed.
