摘 要:教师的尊严是基于人的普遍性尊严之上的职业尊严,属于人的社会性尊严,不是不可剥离的教师属性。教师的尊严是具体的、历史的,不存在超越历史的“教师的尊严”。改革开放以来,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,教师的经济和社会地位得到了极大提升,相应的法律和制度得以不断健全和完善,为教师的尊严奠定了坚实的基础。新时代,教师的尊严是一种时机成熟的理念,教师尊严的实现水平既是我国经济社会发展的反映,也是我国社会文明水平的标识。The dignity of teachers is the professional dignity based on the universal dignity of human beings, which belongs to the social dignity inherent to humanity, rather than being an attribute exclusive to the teaching profession. Teacher dignity is both specific and historical;there is no “dignity of teachers” beyond history. Since the reform and opening up, China has experienced rapid economic and social development, leading to a significant enhancement in the economic and social status of teachers. Corresponding laws and systems have been continuously improved and perfected, laying a solid foundation for the dignity of teachers. In the new era, the dignity of teachers is a kind of mature idea. The level of realization of teacher dignity not only mirrors China's economic and social development, but also serves as the symbol of China's social civilization level.
