摘　　要：在新时代,乡村美术馆儿童美育项目的实施已成为促进地方文化经济发展、推动乡村振兴战略的重要一环。传统乡村文化发展受到城市化进程的冲击,导致本土文化丧失和传统手工艺流失。随着国家对乡村振兴战略的重视,乡村美术馆儿童美育项目成为改善乡村文化底蕴、培养新一代农村儿童艺术素养的重要手段。文章以湖南乡村美术馆儿童美育项目为例,通过调查研究,分析了新时代背景下湖南乡村美术馆儿童美育项目构建的三大教育目标模型、项目实施的三个环节、项目的特点以及项目的影响因素,并结合SWOT分析结果,提出了推动湖南乡村美术馆儿童美育项目发展的有效策略。In the new era,the implementation of children's aesthetic education projects in rural art museums has become an important part of promoting local cultural and economic development and promoting rural revitalization strategy.The development of traditional rural culture is impacted by the urbanization process,resulting in the loss of local culture and the loss of traditional handicrafts.With the country's emphasis on the rural revitalization strategy,the children's aesthetic education project in the rural art museum has become an important means to improve the rural cultural heritage and cultivate the artistic literacy of the new generation of rural children.Taking the children's aesthetic education project in Hunan rural art museum as an example,this paper analyzes three major educational goal models,three links of project implementation,the characteristics and the influencing factors of the project under the background of the new era through investigation and research.Combined with the results of SWOT analysis,it puts forward effective strategies to promote the development of children's aesthetic education projects in Hunan rural art museum.
