摘　　要：就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点问题。视觉传达艺术设计专业教师在开展教学时要以就业为导向,对教学内容、教学形式进行改革,增添实践教育在教学中的比重,让学生能对理论知识进行实践。高职院校要为学生创造良好的实践机会,在优质教师的引导下提升学生的综合素养,增强高职视觉传达艺术设计专业学生的职场竞争力。文章讲解了就业导向下高职视觉传达艺术设计专业教学改革原则与视觉传达艺术设计专业教学中存在的问题,探讨了高职视觉传达艺术设计专业教学改革策略。Employment has always been the focus of social concern.In the teaching of visual communication art design,teachers should be employment-oriented,reform the teaching content and form,increase the proportion of practice education in teaching,and enable students to practice theoretical knowledge.Higher vocational colleges should create good practice opportunities for students,improve their comprehensive quality under the guidance of high-quality teachers,and enhance the workplace competitiveness of students majoring in visual communication art design in higher vocational colleges.This paper explains the principles of teaching reform of visual communication art design major in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of employment orientation and the problems existing in the teaching of visual communication art design major,and discusses the teaching reform strategies for visual communication art design major in higher vocational colleges.
