摘　　要：目的编制消化内镜护士人体工效学负荷评价量表并检验其信效度。方法基于肌肉骨骼损伤发生发展概念模型,通过文献回顾、现场观察等方法构建量表的维度及初始条目池,并通过2轮专家函询形成初始量表。通过预调查对量表进行最终测试及调整。选取233名消化内镜护士进行调查,完成信效度检验。结果消化内镜护士人体工效学负荷评价量表包括5个维度,共33个条目,累计方差贡献率为65.875%。总量表的内容效度指数为0.88~1.00;总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.916,折半信度为0.846,4周重测信度为0.803。结论消化内镜护士人体工效学负荷评价量表信效度较高,使用快捷准确、简单易行。Objective To develop an assessment scale for ergonomic workload of nurses engaged in gastrointestinal endoscopy and test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the conceptual model of the occurrence and development of musculoskeletal injuries,the dimensions and initial item pool of the scale were constructed through literature review,field observation,and other methods.An initial scale was formed through two rounds of expert consultation.A pre-survey was conducted to finalize the testing and adjustment of the scale.A total of 233 nurses engaged in gastrointestinal endoscopy were surveyed to complete the reliability and validity test.Results The assessment scale for ergonomic workload of nurses engaged in gastrointestinal endoscopy includes 5 dimensions with 33 items,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 65.875%.The content validity index of the total scale was 0.88 to 1.00;the Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.916,the split-half reliability was 0.846,and the 4-week test-retest reliability was 0.803.Conclusion The assessment scale for ergonomic workload of nurses engaged in gastrointestinal endoscopy has high reliability and validity,which is convenient,accurate,and easy to use.
