摘 要:姜花是一种传统香料植物,被广泛应用在调味品中,其富含精油,这些精油被应用在制药业和化妆业,具有巨大的商业价值。前人大部分的研究集中于姜花花朵精油,对姜花其他部位精油含量的研究相对较少,导致姜花整体植株利用率偏低。该研究基于此,采用水蒸气蒸馏法对姜花花朵精油、姜花叶片精油和姜花根茎精油进行提取,并分析不同姜花部位化学成分的差异,同时对比姜花不同部位抗氧化活性的差异。研究结果表明,姜花花朵精油的化学成分种类明显高于姜花叶片精油和姜花根茎精油,3种不同姜花部位的精油DPPH自由基清除率并无明显差异。Hedychium coronarium is a traditional spice plant and is widely used in condiments.It is rich in essential oils,these essential oils can be used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries and have great commercial value.Most previous studies have focused on the essential oils from Hedychium coronarium flowers,and there are relatively few studies on the content of essential oils from other parts of Hedychium coronarium,resulting in the low utilization rate of whole Hedychium coronarium plant.Based on this,in this study,steam distillation method is used to extract essential oils from Hedychium coronarium flowers,leaves,roots and stems,and the differences of chemical components of different parts of Hedychium coronarium are analyzed,and the differences of antioxidant activity of different parts of Hedychium coronarium are compared.The research results show that the types of chemical components of essential oils from Hedychium coronarium flowers are significantly higher than those of essential oils from Hedychium coronarium leaves,roots and stems.There is no significant difference in the DPPH free radical scavenging rates of essential oils from three different parts of Hedychium coronarium.
