摘  要:通过对车轮磨耗机理进行分析,研究车轮磨耗的影响因素。基于车轮运用检修数据,结合对车轮镟修流程的分析,采用数据驱动方法,先后建立轮径-轮缘厚的磨耗预测模型、轮径-轮缘厚镟修比例系数、目标轮缘厚确定逻辑的数学模型。再根据动车组车轮的检修情况,提出车轮剩余寿命预测方法,实现对车轮到限情况预测。根据实际应用情况,该成果可以指导生产管理部门提前备品备料、制定预算、安排换轮计划等,提高车轮运用检修效率,节约车轮运维成本。By analyzing the mechanism of wheel wear,the influencing factors of wheel wear are studied.Based on the measured data in the operation of the EMU,combined with the analysis of the wheel reprofiling process,using the data-driven method,the wear prediction model of wheel diameter and wheel flange thickness,wheel diameter-flange thickness reprofiling scale factor,and target flange thickness have been established successively.Then,according to the overhaul of the EMU wheels,a method for predicting the remaining life of the wheels is proposed to predict the limit of the wheels.According to the actual application,this result can guide the production management department to prepare spare parts in advance,formulate budgets,arrange wheel change plans,and effectively improves production efficiency,and saves operation and maintenance costs.
