摘  要:基于电气短路故障分析了汽轮机低压叶片转子系统的静应力、固有频率以及电磁激振力下的动响应,得到了末级叶片的峰值合应力,采用Neuber理论和材料的循环应力应变关系计算了末级叶片的真实应变,并根据材料的应变寿命特性曲线,得到了末级叶片在电气短路故障下的循环寿命,为末级叶片的安全运行提供了重要的理论依据。This article analyzes the static stress,natural frequency,and dynamic response of the low-pressure blade rotor system of a steam turbine based on electrical short circuit faults.The peak combined stress of the last stage blade is obtained,and the true strain of the last stage blade is calculated using Neuber theory and the cyclic stress-strain relationship of the material.Based on the strain life characteristic curve of the material,the cyclic life of the last stage blade under electrical short circuit faults is obtained.This provides an important theoretical basis for the safe operation of the final stage blades.
