多重身份下学科教师教育者的困境与抉择——基于自我博弈的视角

摘  要:学科教师教育者因其工作逻辑的复杂性,同时承载学术研究者、教学示范者、教育服务者等多重身份,在多重身份的碰撞下学科教师教育者面临多样化的困境与抉择。为探究学科教师教育者在多重身份困境下的行动逻辑,本研究假设学科教师教育者的多重身份为多重自我,借鉴自我博弈论的分析框架,通过对三位学科教师教育者访谈资料的编码,分析其在多重身份中的困境与行动抉择。研究发现:多重身份下的学科教师教育者面临学术时间琐碎、空间狭窄;“教”“学”错位失配、矛盾凸显;合作协同不够、疏不间亲等困境。当多重自我出现矛盾冲突时,学科教师教育者会基于自我意识中的效能动因、行为动因、公平动因、认同动因展开博弈,进行自我利益的相对理性分割,在多重自我的交互作用下不断寻找更优策略。Due to the complexity of the working logic,subject matter teacher educators carry multiple identities simultaneously.such as academic researcher,teaching demonstrator and educational service provider,etc.Subject teacher educators face various dilemmas and choices in the collision of multiple identities.In order to explore the action logic of subject matter teacher educators in multiple identities,this study assumes that the multiple identities of subject matter teacher educators are multiple selves,and draws on the analytical framework of ego game theory to analyse the dilemmas and action choices of subject matter teacher educators in multiple identities through coding the interview data of the three subject matter teacher educators.The study found that subject matter teacher educators in multiple identities face the dilemmas of fragmented academic time and space,mismatch between‘teaching’and‘learning’and conflicts,insufficient cooperation and coordination,and the dilemma of being distant but not close to each other.When the multiple selves are in conflict,subject matter teacher educators will play the game based on the selfconsciousness of efficiency agents,equity agents,behaviour agents,identity agents,and make a relatively rational division of selfinterests,and keep searching for a better strategy under the interaction of the multiple selves.
