摘　　要：文章研究了甲醛吸收、盐酸副玫瑰苯胺显色的全自动间断化学分析仪测定食品中二氧化硫含量的方法。经过甲醛缓冲溶液处理的样品,释放出的二氧化硫会被甲醛溶液吸收并形成稳定的羟甲基磺酸衍生物;通过加入氢氧化钠促使衍生物分解,进而释放出二氧化硫;盐酸副玫瑰苯胺与释放的二氧化硫发生反应,生成蓝紫色络合物,在550 nm处用全自动间断化学分析仪测定食品中的二氧化硫。对该方法的检出限、定量限、线性、准确性、重复性等进行分析,结果表明:该方法的检出限为2 mg/kg,定量限为5 mg/kg,在0.0~20.0 mg/L范围内吸光度与二氧化硫含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999),相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),与国标方法相比无显著性差异,测定有证标准物质的测定值在标准参考值范围内。建立的分析方法自动化程度高,准确、灵敏、精密,操作简便快速,同时避免汞的毒性和污染,能满足大批量食品中二氧化硫含量的测定。This paper investigated a method for the determination of sulfur dioxide content in food by formaldehyde absorption,color development of para-rosaniline hydrochloride and automatic discontinuous chemical analyzer.After the samples were soaked in formaldehyde buffer absorption solution,the released sulfur dioxide was absorbed by formaldehyde solution to form stable methylol sulfonate addition compound,and then sodium hydroxide was added to decompose the addition compound,and para-rosaniline hydrochloride acted with the released sulfur dioxide to form a blue-purple complex.The sulfur dioxide in food was determined by automatic discontinuous chemical analyzer at 550 nm.The detection limit,quantitative limit,linearity,accuracy and repeatability of this method were analyzed.The results showed that the detection limit of the method was 2 mg/kg,and the limit of quantitation was 5 mg/kg.The absorbance of the method showed a good linear relationship with sulfur dioxide content in the range of 0.0–20.0 mg/L (r=0.999),and the relative standard deviation was less than 5% (n=6).There was no significant difference compared with the national standard method.The measured value of the certified reference material is within the range of the standard reference value.The established analytical method is highly automated,accurate,sensitive and precise,simple and rapid,and can avoid mercury toxicity and pollution,and can meet the determination of sulfur dioxide content in large quantities of food.
