延庆地区乡村医生实习生对内科临床带教工作的反馈调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查延庆地区乡村医生实习生对临床带教工作的真实反馈.方法笔者于2023年5月26日-2023年6月2日采用便利抽样的方法对在首都医科大学延庆教学医院实习的2020级41名全日制乡村医生进行了一项横断面调查问卷研究.结果调查显示,大部分的调查对象对学校教学管理、现有临床带教模式、临床带教老师辅导答疑及带教态度、现有教学方法对自己的学习帮助程度、一同实习的学生之间学习氛围等方面均表示满意,但多数乡村医生存在学医初衷不明确,且在学习中遇到较多来自家庭的客观及个人主观上的一些困难等问题,影响临床阶段实习成果.结论此次调查问卷的结果客观反映了近几年临床教学方面所取得的初步成效,同时也应该不断总结及反思,在乡村医生的临床带教工作中需要不断顺应时代需求,根据信息时代学情变化、学生主观需求以及带教老师教学特点等方面,因地制宜,采取适合延庆地区乡村医生教育的个体化教学方案,将课程思政体系渗入临床教学各环节,坚定乡村医生未来执业的初心和使命.Objective To investigate the real feedback of medical interns on clinical teaching in rural Yanqing District.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 41 full-time rural doctors of grade 2020 in Yanqing teaching hospital from May 26 to June 2 in the 2023.Result Research shows that,most of the respondents were satisfied with the school teaching management,the current clinical teaching mode,the clinical teaching teachers’counseling and teaching attitude,the degree of the current teaching methods to help their own learning,and the learning atmosphere among the students who practice together,however,most rural doctors have some problems such as unclear original intention of studying medicine,and some difficulties from family and individual,which affect the clinical practice.Conclusion The results of this questionnaire objectively reflect the initial results of clinical teaching in recent years,and we should constantly summarize and reflect,in the clinical teaching of rural doctors,we need to constantly adapt to the needs of the times and adapt to local conditions according to the changes of learning conditions,students’subjective needs and the teaching characteristics of the teachers,we will adopt an individualized teaching plan suitable for the education of rural doctors in Yanqing District,infiltrate the ideological and political system of the curriculum into all aspects of clinical teaching,and strengthen the original intention and mission of the future practice of rural doctors.
