摘 要:针对目前采煤机智能控制水平低下、采煤效率及安全性较差的问题,对采煤机记忆截割技术进行研究,提出了一种基于GIS定位及滚筒自动调高的采煤机自动截割控制方案。新方案可实现采煤机精确定位及位姿采高计算、滚筒自动调高控制与牵引速度自适应调节,有效减少采煤机人工控制环节,对于提高采煤机生产效率及安全性具有实际意义。In response to the current problems of low intelligent control level,poor coal mining efficiency and safety of shearers,the paper studies the memory cutting technology of shearers and proposes an automatic cutting control scheme for shearers based on GIS positioning and automatic drum height adjustment,which can achieve precise positioning and height calculation of the shearer,automatic height adjustment control of the drum,and adaptive adjustment of the traction speed,effectively reduce the manual control process of the shearer,and has practical significance for improving the production efficiency and safety of the shearer.
