杏花村汾酒酿制技艺的信息可视化创新设计研究

摘　　要：文章以杏花村汾酒酿制技艺作为研究对象,融入信息可视化设计的方法和原则,首先提出汾酒酿制技艺信息可视化创新设计的意义,基于杏花村汾酒酿制技艺现状提出相应的可视化设计流程,其次将汾酒酿制技艺相关信息进行梳理归纳,结合其特性罗列设计原则,最后利用信息可视图进行汾酒酿制技艺的设计呈现和设计展示。将信息可视化创新设计的方式融入杏花村汾酒酿制技艺,能更真实、生动的展现汾酒酿制技艺流程,推动杏花村汾酒酿制技艺的活态传承。Taking the Fenjiu brewing technology in Xinghua Village as the research object,the methods and principles of information visualization design are integrated.Firstly,the significance of innovative information visualization design for Fenju brewing technology is proposed.Based on the current situation of Fenjiu brewing technology in Xinghua Village,corresponding visualization design processes are proposed.Secondly,relevant information on Fenjiu brewing technology is sorted and summarized,and design principles are listed based on its characteristics.Finally,information visualization images are used to present and showcase the design of Fenjiu brewing technology.Integrating the innovative design of information visualization into the Fenjiu brewing techniques of Xinghua Village can more realistically and vividly showcase the Fenju brewing process,promoting the active inheritance of Fenjiu brewing techniques in Xinghua Village.
