“大思政课”视域下高校职业生涯规划教育优化路径研究

摘　　要：“大思政课”之大视野满足职业生涯规划教育的适应性,大场域深化职业生涯规划教育的实践性,大主体助力职业生涯规划教育的系统性,二者的互通互融使得“大思政课”理念成为高校职业生涯规划教育改革发展的必然趋势。然而,高校职业生涯规划教育与“大思政课”在深度融合中存在重知识轻引领、重课堂轻实践、重学工轻协同等系列问题。高校职业生涯规划教育唯有秉承“善用大思政课”之方向指引,从厘清育人定位、协同育人主体、整合育人资源、优化育人方式等方面着手,才能切实推进职业生涯规划教育的改革创新。The broad vision of“The great ideological and political course”satisfies the adaptability of the career plan-ning education,and deepens the practicality of the career planning education in a large field.The main body helps the systematization of career planning education.The mutual integration of the two makes the idea of“Big ideological and political course”an inevitable trend in the reform and development of college career planning education.However,there are a series of problems in the integration of college career planning education and“Big ideological and political course”,such as laying stress on knowledge rather than guidance,laying stress on classroom rather than practice,and laying stress on study rather than work coordination.The education of career planning in colleges and universities should follow the direction of“Making good use of ideological and political courses”and start from the following aspects:clarifying the orientation of education,cooperating with the main body of education,integrating education resources,optimizing education methods,etc.,to promote the reform and innovation of career planning education.
