摘 要:高校思政课教学的风格化,在完善高校思政课的教学过程、生成高校思政课教学的实践性知识以及促进高校思政课教师专业发展等方面的价值呼唤教学风格的出场。高校思政课教师的教学风格,就是教师能动地反映和认识高校思政课的教学风格现象和行动过程等,是对高校思政课教学风格的感受、关注、认知的“知”与自觉的行为取向、具体行动的“行”的统一,并以积极能动的高校思政课教学风格实践为落脚点。高校思政课教师教学风格的生成,除了需要经由以高校思政课教师的教学风格与高校思政课教学实践的矛盾运动为动力源与以多元组织力量推动为支持力量的协同作用来推动外,还需要经由风格意义的发现与认知、风格意识的形成和确立以及教学风格的形成与彰显这三个阶段的动态形塑。The stylization of ideological and political courses teaching in colleges and universities call for the appearance of teaching styles in its functional value of improving the teaching process of ideological and political courses,generating the practical knowledge of ideological and political courses teaching and promoting the professional development of ideological and political courses teachers,The teaching style of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is that teachers actively reflect and understand the phenomenon and action process of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.It is the unity of knowledge and action,in which knowledge encompasses teachers'feeling,attention and cognition of the teaching style of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and action refers to the conscious behavior orientation and the concrete action.It also takes the practice of active teaching style of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities as the foothold.Through in-depth analysis,it can be seen that the generation of teaching style of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities needs to be promoted through collaborative action,in which the contradictory movement between the teaching style of ideological and political teachers and the teaching practice of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities serves as the power source and the promotion of multiple organizational forces servers as support.Besides,it also needs to be dynamically shaped through three stages:the discovery and recognition of style meaning,the formation and establishment of style awareness and the formation and manifestation of teaching style.
