摘 要:探讨了职业师范院校在培养职教师资方面的本硕一体化模式,旨在培养适应现代职业教育发展需求的复合型教师。深入分析职业教育的发展需求、大职业教育观念和层次结构,研究提出职教师资本硕一体化的培养路径,包括确定培养模式、明确培养目标、构建课程体系和优化实施策略。通过本硕一体化,旨在提升教师素质和能力,促进职业教育与社会经济发展的良性互动,满足新时代对高素质技术技能人才的需求。This article discusses the modal of integrated bachelor's and master's degrees for the training of vocational education teachers in vocational normal universities,aiming to cultivate compound teachers who meet the demands of modern vocational education development.It delves into the development needs of vocational education,the concept of comprehensive vocational education,and its hierarchical structure.The article proposes a training path for the integration of bachelor's and master's degrees,which includes determining the training model,clarifying training objectives,constructing a curriculum system,and optimizing implementation strategies.Through the integration of bachelor's and master's education,the goal is to enhance the quality and capabilities of teachers,promote a positive interaction between vocational education and socio-economic development,and meet the new era's demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents.
