摘  要:目的:探讨微视频法联合竞赛式考核的教学方法在微生物检验实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2019年12月浙江省台州市第一人民医院检验科实习生67人随机分成试验组(37人)和对照组(30人),试验组采用微视频法联合竞赛式考核方法,对照组采用传统教学方法,实习结束后评估教学效果。结果:试验组的理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩均明显高于对照组(t=3.501、7.752,P均<0.05),试验组对教学效果的总体评价明显高于对照组[(90.78±2.42)vs(86.60±3.46),t=6.606,P<0.05]。结论:微视频法联合竞赛式考核的教学方法能调动实习生的积极性,有效提高微生物检验的教学效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of the micro-video method combined with competitive assessment in the intern teaching of microbiology laboratory.Methods:Sixty-seven interns from the Department of Laboratory Medicine at Taizhou First People s Hospital in Zhejiang Province from January 2015 to December 2019 were randomly divided into an experimental group(37 individuals)and a control group(30 individuals).The experimental group adopted the micro-video method combined with competitive assessment,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.The teaching effect was evaluated at the end of the internship.Results:The theoretical knowledge scores and practical skills scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=3.501,7.752,P<0.05),and the overall evaluation of the teaching effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.78±2.42 vs.86.60±3.46,t=6.606,P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of micro-video combined with competitive assessment can motivate interns and effectively improve the teaching effect of microbiology laboratory practices.
