摘 要:目的:探讨“一分钟”教学法在急诊住院医师规范化培训急性药物中毒中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年至2020年在宁夏回族自治区人民医院参加急诊住院医师规范化培训的医师(规培医师)按参加规培前考试成绩相近原则进行分组,分为试验组(32人)和对照组(30人)。试验组以“一分钟”教学法带教,对照组以传统临床教学法带教,同一内容学习前后两组学生均进行考核。结果:试验组与对照组在年龄、性别、学历及规培前成绩等基本资料方面无明显差异(P>0.05);试验组的成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在总体教学满意度方面试验组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“一分钟”教学法较传统教学法可有效提高学员的成绩,提升学员的思维能力、学习主动性,增强团队合作意识。To explore the effectiveness of the one minute preceptor in the standardized training of emergency residents on acute drug poisoning.Methods:Physicians who participated in the standardized training of emergency residents at Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Hospital from 2018 to 2020(residents)were selected and grouped based on their pre-training exam scores,with 32 individuals in the experimental group and 30 individuals in the control group.The experimental group received instruction using the one minute preceptor,while the control group received traditional clinical teaching.Both groups were assessed before and after learning the same content.Results:There were no significant differences between the experimental and control groups in basic demographic data such as age,gender,education level,and pre-training scores(P>0.05).The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The one minute preceptor is more effective than traditional teaching methods in improving the scores of learners,enhancing their thinking ability,initiative in learning,and teamwork awareness.
