摘 要:单光子扫描成像作为一种前沿技术,在空间目标探测、空中目标预警、空间量子通信、基于金刚石空穴的量子信息处理、光量子计算等领域有着广泛的应用前景.在单光子扫描成像系统设计中,扩展作用距离与提升扫描速度之间存在矛盾.针对该问题,本文开展了基于双模控制的单光子扫描成像技术的研究,并完成了实验验证.该系统采用了基于转台和快反镜双模控制的扫描方法,通过发射视场、接收视场、扫描轨迹和扫描速度间的精密配合,实现了对单光子扫描成像系统的作用距离和扫描速度的同时提升.相较于传统的单光子扫描成像技术,本方案在相同的作用距离下扫描速度更快,在相同扫描速度下作用距离更远,为各种应用场景下远距离目标的快速扫描需求提供可靠的技术手段,对单光子扫描成像技术的发展具有重要意义.As an advanced technology,single-photon scanning imaging has a wide application prospect in various fields,such as space target detection,air target warning,space quantum communication,quantum information processing based on diamond holes,and optical quantum computing.However,a contradiction exists between increasing the operating distance and scanning speed of single-photon imaging systems.To resolve this issue,this article investigated singlephoton scanning imaging technology based on dual-mode control and completed experimental verification.This scanning imaging system uses dual-mode control of a revolving stage and a fast reflection mirror.By precisely coordinating the transmitting view angle,receiving view angle,scanning path,and scanning speed,the operating distance and scanning speed of the single-photon scanning imaging system are simultaneously improved.Compared with traditional single-photon scanning imaging systems,the proposed system has a faster scanning speed at the same operating distance and a longer operating distance at the same scanning speed.Thus,this finding is of considerable significance in developing single-photon scanning imaging technology to provide reliable technical means for rapid scanning of distant targets in various scenarios.
