摘 要:为了降低汽车风阻系数,研究汽车外造型对整车气动阻力的影响。本文以标准DrivAer模型为研究对象,利用上海桓领信息科技有限公司的自研流体仿真软件ASO进行伴随矩阵(Adjoint)减阻优化,获得汽车车头、车身、车尾等多个特征区域对汽车风阻系数的敏感度,迭代汽车外造型,分析不同造型下汽车风阻系数的变化,探索车身各部件对风阻系数的影响占比,总结伴随矩阵优化方法的有效性,以提高汽车能源利用率。In order to reduce the wind resistance coefficient of the car,and study the influence of the external styling of the car on the aerodynamic resistance of the whole car,this paper takes the standard DrivAer model as the object of study,and uses Shanghai HuanLing Information Technology Co.,Ltd.'s self-developed fluid simulation software ASO to carry out the accompanying matrix(Adjoint) optimisation for reducing the drag,to get the sensitivity of the front end,the body,the rear end and other characteristic areas of the car to the wind resistance coefficient of the car,and iteratively iterate the car to analyse the changes in the external styling under different styling.We iterated the outer shape of the car,analysed the changes of the wind resistance coefficient of the car under different shapes,explored the proportion of the influence of each body part on the wind resistance coefficient,summarized the effectiveness of the accompanying matrix optimization method,and improved the energy utilization of the car.
