摘  要:微生物生态学作为生态学的重要分支,主要研究微生物的多样性、功能及其与环境和其他生物之间的相互作用关系,对理解生态系统的结构和功能、维护生态平衡、促进可持续发展具有重要意义。传统的微生物生态学教学和科研主要依靠理论框架和数学模型等来介绍或研究微生物与其周围生物及非生物环境之间的联系。然而,所发现的规律往往缺乏微生物生理和生化层面的验证。生物化学是研究生命现象化学本质的一门科学,将生物化学理论和技术应用于微生物生态学教学和科研,有助于揭示微生物生态学现象背后的本质规律。此外,生物化学家们的甘于寂寞、乐于奉献、敢于创新和精益求精的科学精神为新时代中国特色社会主义高等院校课程思政建设提供了宝贵元素。本文初步探讨了在微生物生态学课程教学过程中引入生物化学元素和课程思政教育的必要性和实施途径。分别从优化师资队伍、增设跨学科理论和综合实验课程、生物化学科研实例应用于微生物生态学课程教学和科研,以及结合课程思政教育几个方面进行具体阐述。期望通过上述关于教育改革和创新模式的探讨,在一定程度上推动高等院校微生物生态学课程教育改革,助力新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设。As an important branch of ecology,microbial ecology deeply investigates the diversity,functions,and interactions of microorganisms with their environment and other organisms.This field is crucial for understanding the ecosystem structure and functions,maintaining ecological balance,and promoting sustainable development.Traditional teaching and research in microbial ecology primarily relies on theoretical frameworks and mathematical models to explore the relationships between microorganisms and their surrounding biotic and abiotic environments.However,the discovered patterns often lack validation at the biological,physiological,and biochemical levels.Biochemistry,a science that studies the chemical essence of life phenomena,can significantly contribute to microbial ecology education and research by applying its theories and techniques.This integration helps uncover the fundamental nature behind microbial ecological phenomena.Additionally,the scientific spirit of biochemists-characterized by dedication,a willingness to innovate,and a commitment to excellence-offers valuable elements for ideological and political education in higher education under the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper preliminarily explores the necessity and implementation pathways of incorporating biochemical elements and ideological and political education into microbial ecology courses.It specifically discusses optimizing the teaching team,adding interdisciplinary theoretical and comprehensive experimental courses,applying biochemical research examples,and integrating ideological and political education.The goal is to advance educational reforms and innovations in microbial ecology courses at higher education institutions.By doing so,we aim at cultivate outstanding professionals with an international perspective and a sense of social responsibility,contributing to the construction of ecological civilization and green development in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
