摘  要:纵观高校经济法教学现状得知,很多教学依旧采用理论传授法,此方式不利于维持学生探究经济法知识兴趣,还会导致理论与实践脱节。案例教学法是现代课堂教学的常用方式,通过在教学中融入实际案例,在教师解读和分析案例时使学生深刻理解所学知识,从而提升教学效率。A survey of the current situation of economic law teaching in higher education institutes shows that many teaching still adopt the theory teaching method,which is not conducive to maintaining students'interest in exploring economic law knowledge,and also leads to the disconnection between theory and practice.The case method teachingis a common way of modern classroom teaching.By integrating actual cases into teaching,teachers can make students deeply understand what they have learned when interpreting and analyzing cases,so as to improve teaching efficiency.
