摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,体育事业对高水平体育游泳人才的需求日益增长。通过探索体育院校游泳专业硕士研究生职业能力一体化培养模式构建,解决游泳专业硕士生就业与社会需求之间的矛盾。界定游泳专业职业能力的概念与其结构,在此基础上设计一个以游泳专业知识与运动技能为教学主体,以职业能力为教育导向的一体化培养模式。并提出打造全面与个性兼顾、学思与实践衔接的课程体系,建立高校与社会协同、生产与研学共进的培养平台,形成理论与实践交织、专业与职业共就的教学循环,造就竞技与讲学皆有、资质与荣誉兼顾的育人机制,作为模式构建的路径。从适应社会发展对复合型体育人才的要求出发,为体育专业硕士研究生职业能力的培养提供参考。With the rapid development of China's social economy,the demand for high-level sports swimming talents is increasing day by day.This study aims to explore the construction of an integrated professional competence training mode of Swimming postgraduates in sports colleges,so as to solve the contradiction between the employment of swimming postgraduates and the social needs.By defining the concept and structure of professional competence in Swimming an integrated training mode with Swimming professional knowledge and sports skills as the teaching subject and professional competence as the education orientation is designed.And put forward to create an integrated and personalized curriculum system that integrates learning,thinking,and practice,establish a training platform that promotes collaboration between universities and society,production,and research,form teaching cycle that interweaves theory and practice and shares expertise and profession,cultivate an educational mechanism that combines competition and teaching,qualifications and honors,as the model construction path.Starting from the requirements of social development for compound sports talents,this article provides reference for the cultivation of professional competence of postgraduates in sports majors.
