摘　　要：中华体育精神蕴含着丰富的思政元素,为高校时代新人培育提供了宝贵的资源,将其融入立德树人的实践当中,有助于培养个人成长成才,充实体育课程思政内容,丰富高校文化内涵。建议将中华体育精神融入体育教育课堂、校园文化建设、学校实践育人体系、网络环境等思想政治教育全过程,发挥体育精神在高校培育时代新人中的独特价值,激活体育在塑造学生品格、提高综合素质方面的作用,为新时代发展注入磅礴的体育力量。The Chinese sports spirit contains rich ideological and political elements,which provides valuable resources for the cultivation of the new era talents in colleges and universities.Integrating it into the practice of Lide Shuren can help to cultivate personal growth and become talented,enrich the ideological and political elements of Physical Education(PE)courses,and cultivate the cultural connotation of universities.Integrating the Chinese sports spirit into the entire process of ideological and political education in PE classrooms,campus cultural construction,school practical education system,and online environment,leveraging the unique value of sports spirit in cultivating new talents in universities,activating the role of sports in shaping student character and improving comprehensive quality,and injecting magnificent sports power into the development of the new era.
