摘　　要：文章旨在深入剖析食品专业教学中教师优秀的人格魅力如何为教学注入活力,以及和谐的师生关系在教学中的核心地位。探讨教师人格魅力如何助力学生的成长,以及如何通过策略性的方法来提升教师的人格魅力。教师的角色不仅局限于知识的传递,更在于对学生心灵的引导。在教师的引导下,学生积极参与、主动思考,勇于表达自己的观点。双向、平等的交流方式不仅推动了知识的传递,还培养了学生的批判性思维和创新能力。希望通过这样的探讨,能为教育实践带来一定启示。This paper aims to deeply analyze how the excellent personality charm of teachers infuses vitality into the teaching of food-related majors,and the core position of harmonious teacher-student relationship in teaching.Explore how teachers'personality charm can help students'growth,and how to enhance teachers'personality charm through strategic methods.The role of teachers is not only limited to the transmission of knowledge,but also to the guidance of students'minds.Under the guidance of teachers,students actively participate,actively think,and bravely express their views.Two-way and equal communication methods not only promote the transfer of knowledge,but also cultivate students'critical thinking and innovation skills.It is hoped that this discussion can bring some enlightenment to the practice of education.
