糖果中二十八烷醇、三十烷醇的检测与分析

摘  要:米糠脂肪烷醇作为一种纯天然、安全性高的食品原料,一直是海内外的研究重点之一。20世纪,国内国外对于米糠脂肪烷醇的提取已经有了相当大的研究进展,且技术日益成熟。但是在以米糠脂肪烷醇为原料的食品研发,以及对于食品中米糠脂肪烷醇的主要成分二十八烷醇和三十烷醇的检测,仍旧在起步阶段。因此此次试验研究了糖果中二十八烷醇、三十烷醇的检测方法,在GB/T 32947—2016《蜂蜡中二十八烷醇、三十烷醇的测定气相色谱法》蜂蜡中二十八烷醇、三十烷醇的测定的基础上,通过气相色谱外标法对样品进行测定。通过试验发现,乙酸乙酯对于二十八烷醇、三十烷醇的提取能力最强,在进样口290℃、检测器300℃的条件下,色谱图上二十八烷醇与三十烷醇的峰面积达到最大。在明确上述条件之后,对于样品进行检测并计算,其回收率区间均在80%~110%之间,符合标准。此方法可以推广至其他米糠脂肪烷醇相关产品的检测,为其他研究提供数据支持。As a natural and safe food raw material,rice bran aliphakanol has always been one of the research priorities at home and abroad.In the 2o"century,the extraction of rice bran aliphatic alcohols at home and abroad has made considerable research progress,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.However,the research and development of foods using rice bran fatty alkanols as raw materials,and the detection of the main components of rice bran fatty alkanols in food,octacosanol and tricosanol,are still in their infancy.Therefore,this paper studies the detection methods of octacosanol and tricosanol in gummies,and the samples are determined by gas chromatographic external standard method on the basis of GB/T 32947-2016 Determination of Octacosanol and Triacontanol in Beeswax-Gas Chromatographic Method.Through experiments,it was found that ethyl acetate had the strongest extraction ability for octacosanol and tricosacoalcohol,and the peak area of octacosanol and tricosacol on the chromatogram reached the maximum under the condition of 290℃ at the injection port and 300℃ in the detector.After clarifying the above conditions,the samples were detected and calculated,and the recovery range was between 80%and 110%,which met the standard.This method can be generalized to the detection of other rice bran aliphatic alcohol-related products to provide data support for other studies.
