档案人才“双核”能力培养评价研究

摘　　要：开展“双核”能力培养评价,有利于确保目标导向、培养质量,监测反馈、认证示范。基于档案人才“双核”能力评价的原则、方法分析,提出通过观察性指标设置、指标考核要点释读及指标考核分类赋值等构建“双核”能力培养评价指标体系及场景应用,旨在提供广谱性能力培养评估工具,并为差异化档案人才“双核”能力培养提供参考。Evaluation of "dual-core" competency training helps ensure goal orientation as well as quality control,competency monitor and certification of talent development.Based on the analysis of the principles and methods of the "dualcore" competency evaluation for archives talents, this paper proposes to build an evaluation index system and scenario application for "dual-core" competency training through the setting of observational indicators, interpretation of key points of indicator assessment, and classified scores for indicator assessment. So as to provide a broad-spectrum tool for the evaluation of competency training, and also references for "dualcore" competencies training of archives talents.
