理论甘蔗糖分模型的构建及其在制糖生产中的应用

摘　　要：探讨了甘蔗制糖产业在化学管理方法中存在的问题,特别是生产报表中甘蔗糖分计算的不准确性和难评估问题。传统方法计算出的甘蔗糖分存在诸多影响因素,难以客观反映甘蔗品质和蔗糖含量,不利于生产管理。对此,文章提出了基于数理统计方法构建理论甘蔗糖分模型的解决方案,即利用田间甘蔗检测数据,建立了理论甘蔗糖分与初压汁糖度的数学模型。该模型能够更准确地估算甘蔗糖分,为制糖生产技术管理水平提供评价依据。通过实例分析了理论甘蔗糖分与实际产糖率的关联性,并提出了优化糖厂生产管理的侧重点。最后,建议各制糖企业在日常生产管理报表中增设“理论甘蔗糖分”项目,以实时监控并评估制糖技术及管理水平,促进整体运营效率与产品质量的双提升。This article explores the problems in chemical management methods in the sugar industry,especially the inaccuracy and evaluation issues in the calculation of sucrose content in production reports.The traditional method of calculating sucrose content has many influencing factors,making it difficult to objectively reflect the quality and sucrose content,which is not conducive to production management.Therefore,the article proposes a solution to construct a theoretical sucrose content model based on mathematical statistical methods,which utilizes field sugarcane detection data to establish a mathematical model for the relationship between theoretical sucrose content and sugar content of the first pressed juice.This model can more accurately estimate the sucrose content,providing an evaluation basis for the level of sugar production technology management.The correlation between theoretical sucrose content and actual sugar production rate was analyzed through examples,and the focus of optimizing sugar factory production management was proposed.Finally,it was recommended that sugar companies add a“theoretical sucrose content”project in their daily production management reports to monitor and evaluate sugar production technology and management levels in real time,promoting overall operational efficiency and product quality improvement.
