摘　　要：甘蔗是我国食糖生产的主要原料,广西甘蔗制糖业在保障国家食糖安全供给方面发挥着重要作用,但该产业面临着结构性污染、产品附加值低等问题。广西甘蔗制糖业绿色低碳化发展对促进产业转型升级、落实国家“双碳”战略目标具有重要意义。然而,甘蔗制糖工业的转型升级之路也面临着一系列挑战,包括气候及市场环境变化、政策支持力度与企业适应性不足、产业链碳排放限制等。本文在此基础上提出了提升设备效率和绿色智能化水平、推广清洁能源和可再生能源、推动糖业全生命周期碳管理、加大政策扶持力度以及加大对中小企业的绿色金融支持力度等策略及建议。Sugarcane is the main raw material for sugar production in China,the sugar industry in Guangxi plays an important role in ensuring the safe supply of national sugar.However,the industry faces issues such as structural pollution and low product added value.The green and low-carbon development of Guangxi's sugar industry is of great significance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and implementing the national“Dual-carbon”strategic objectives.However,the transformation and upgrading of sugar industry also faces a series of challenges,including climate and market environment changes,insufficient policy support and enterprise adaptability,carbon emission restrictions in the industrial chain,etc.Building on this foundation,this article proposes strategies and recommendations such as improve equipment efficiency and green intelligence level,promote clean and renewable energy,promote carbon management throughout the entire life cycle of the sugar industry,increase policy support,and increase green finance support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
