摘  要:“三全育人”共同体育人模式是一种多领域、内涵式、可持续的长期发展模式,有利于落实立德树人根本任务,培养德才兼备的高素质人才。为构建“三全育人”共同体育人模式,医学高职院校应以教师为主导构建“全员共同体”育人模式,以立德树人为主线构建贯穿三年的全过程育人模式,围绕院系特色文化构建全方位育人模式,实施德智体美劳全面教育,打造院系专业特色文化。The"Three Comprehensive Education"model of common sports personnel is a multi-disciplinary,connotative,and sustainable long-term development model,which is conducive to implementing the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating high-quality talents with both morality and talent.In order to build a common sports education model of"three comprehensive education",medical vocational colleges should take teachers as the lead to build a"all member community"education model,build a"whole process community"education model that runs through three years with foster charater and civic virtue as the main theme,build a comprehensive education model around the characteristic culture of the department,implement comprehensive education in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,and create a professional characteristic culture of the department.
