中职护理专业学生职业素质培养现状与改进策略研究

摘　　要：随着社会对健康服务需求的日益增长,护理行业作为医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,其重要性日益凸显。中职护理专业是培养护理人才的重要基地,承担着为社会输送具备良好职业素质和专业技能的护理人员的重任。在中职护理专业教育实践中,教师应积极构建全新的职业素质教育模式,助力学生职业技能的高效化训练,保障护理专业人才的培养成效。文章阐述中职护理专业学生职业素质的内涵,提出中职护理专业学生职业素质培养面临的问题,探讨中职护理专业学生职业素质培养的改进策略,旨在全面提升中职护理专业学生的职业素养,增强其未来职业竞争力,为社会输送更多高素质的护理人才。With the increasing demand for health services in society,the nursing industry,as an important component of the healthcare system,is becoming increasingly important.As an important base for cultivating nursing talents,the nursing profession in vocational schools bears the responsibility of delivering nursing personnel with good professional qualities and skills to society.In the practice of vocational nursing education,teachers should establish a new guidance model for professional competence education,assist in the efficient training of students'vocational skills,and ensure the effectiveness of nursing talent cultivation.The article elaborates on the connotation of the professional quality of vocational nursing students,proposes the problems faced in the cultivation of professional quality of vocational nursing students,and explores improvement strategies for the cultivation of professional quality of vocational nursing students.The aim is to comprehensively enhance the professional quality of vocational nursing students,enhance their future professional competitiveness,and provide society with more high-quality nursing talents.
