新时期大学思政教育与大学生就业创业素质教育的融合探微

摘　　要：大学应完善思政教育,落实立德树人根本任务,发挥思政教育助力大学生就业创业的重要价值,为大学生发展提供保障。新时期大学思政教育与大学生就业创业素质教育的融合,可采取以下策略:引进思政教育理念、元素,推动二者融合;以多元素为载体,构建融合教育体系;全面规划、重点突出,实施高质量融合;构建高质量师资队伍,提高融合教育实效。Universities should improve ideological and political education,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and play the important value of ideological and political education in helping college students find employment and start businesses,providing guarantees for their development.The integration of ideological and political education in universities and the quality education of employment and entrepreneurship for college students in the new era can be achieved through the following strategies:introducing ideological and political education concepts and elements to promote the integration of the two;constructing an integrated education system using multiple elements as carriers;comprehensive planning,highlighting key points,and implementing high-quality integration;building a high-quality teaching staff and improving the effectiveness of integrated education.
