职业院校思政教育与工匠精神培育的融合路径探微

摘　　要：职业教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,承担着为国家和社会培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命。在当前经济社会快速发展的背景下,职业教育不仅要注重学生专业技能的培养,还要关注学生的思想政治教育和综合素质的提升。为了培养符合社会需求的高素质技能型人才,职业院校需要将思政教育与工匠精神培育进行有效融合,通过优化课程内容、加强师资队伍建设、营造校园文化氛围,提高学生的思想政治素质和职业道德水平,促进学生全面发展,为社会培养更多具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才。Vocational education,as an important component of China's education system,undertakes the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the country and society.In the context of rapid economic and social development,vocational education should not only focus on cultivating students'professional skills,but also pay attention to improving their ideological and political education and comprehensive quality.In order to cultivate high-quality skilled talents that meet social needs,vocational colleges need to effectively integrate ideological and political education with the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.By optimizing course content,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,creating a campus cultural atmosphere,and carrying out practical teaching activities,students can improve their ideological and political qualities and professional ethics,promote their comprehensive development,and cultivate more highquality skled talents with crafsmanship spirit for society.
