摘 要:随着中国经济社会的转型发展,企业开始探索具有自身特色的管理理念和方式,并将其深植于厚重的社会文化根基之中。然而,由于偏离发展轨道、非理性否定和独立性丧失等原因,对传统文化的误读现象广泛存在。本文强调了理论创新和中华优秀传统文化的有机结合对解决当代经济管理问题的重要性;同时,通过对中国传统文化思想与经济管理理论相结合的研究领域进行分析,揭示了在现代汉语及自新文化运动以来形成的认知体系上的古今异义现象。此外,还探讨了法家思想在经济与管理领域中的研究现状,并强调了从社会整体的角度进行问题分析和提出解决方案的重要性。最后,对法家思想中的“弱民”概念进行了字源分析,归纳了“弱民思想”的整体视角内涵,并探索了其在管理学中的意义。With the transformation and development of China's economy and society,enterprises have begun to explore management concepts and methods,which,with their unique characteristics,are deeply rooted in the profound social and cultural foundation.However,traditional culture is commonly misinterpretd due to our deviations from the developmental path,irrational negation and loss of independence.This article emphasizes the importance of the organic combination of theoretical innovation and excellent traditional Chinese culture in addressing contemporary economic and management issues.Furthermore,through analyzing the integration of traditional Chinese cultural thoughts and economic management theories,this study reveals the semantic changes both in modern Chinese language and cognitive systems formed after the New Culture Movement.Additionally,the research examines the current state of legalist thoughts in economics and management,highlighting the significance in problems analyzing and solutions proposing from a holistic societal perspective.Lastly,this paper semantically analyzes the concept of“People Education”in legalist thoughts,summarizes its overall connotation and explores its implications in management studies.
