摘 要:以离子液体为提取剂,采用超声波辅助法提取花生粕多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,以花生粕多糖得率为指标,采用正交试验对多糖提取工艺进行优化。同时,采用傅里叶红外光谱分析仪对制备的多糖进行特征分析。结果表明:最佳提取条件为1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐的浓度0.10 mol/L、料液比1∶20(g/mL)、提取温度60℃、提取时间30 min,在此条件下花生粕多糖得率为18.76%。所提取到的花生粕多糖符合多糖的官能团特征。Using ionic liquid as the extraction agent,peanut meal polysaccharides were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted method.On the basis of single factor test,the polysaccharides extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with the yield of peanut meal polysaccharides as the index.At the same time,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the prepared polysaccharides.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were 1-octyl-3-methylimidazole bromide concentration 0.10 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio 1:20(g/mL),extraction temperature 60℃ and extraction time 30 min.Under these conditions,the yield of peanut meal polysaccharide was 18.76%.The extracted polysaccharides from peanut meal conformed to the functional group properties of the polysaccharides.
