校企高度融合背景下校外实习基地建设路径探索

摘　　要：校外实习基地构建是校企高度融合背景下培养专业学位研究生的关键所在。为破解专业学位研究生业务实训不到位、所培养能力与社会需求脱节、缺少校外实践环节的难题,针对校企高度融合背景下专业学位研究生培养特点,基于产学研一体化建设和“双导师制”培养模式探讨了校外实习基地建设方案,提出了以学校整体优势、学院行业优势、导师人脉优势为引领的三级联动机制,并基于贵州大数据优势,以典型煤矿和金矿作为试点构建校企高度融合的校外实习基地,为提高人才培养与社会需求的契合度,以及能解决实际生产问题的高层次应用型人才的培养提供了参考。The construction of off-campus practice base is the key to the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates under the background of high school-enterprise integration.In order to solve the problems that the professional degree graduate students’business training is not in place,the training ability is out of line with the social needs,and the lack of off-campus practice links,in view of the characteristics of professional degree graduate students’training under the background of high integration of school and enterprise,based on the integration of production,study and research and the training mode of double tutorial system’,this paper discusses the construction scheme of off-campus practice base,and puts forward the three-level linkage mechanism led by the overall advantages of the school,the advantages of the college industry and the advantages of the tutor’s contacts.Based on the advantages of Guizhou big data,the typical coal mine and gold mine are used as a pilot to build a highly integrated off-campus practice base of school and enterprise,so as to align the training with the social needs.It provides a reference for high-level applied talents who can solve practical production problems.
