摘　　要：立足我国经济结构战略转型的时代背景,梳理分析高职院校创新创业教育的重要意义及人才培养现状,围绕解决创新创业教育培养什么人和如何培养人的核心问题,以校企合作、专创并育、产教融合、课程体系、育训结合、技能大赛、创新创业、平台载体为抓手,以价值观塑造、知识传授、能力培养为目标,加强职业教育创新创业能力提升的顶层设计,形成全过程、全方位的注重创新、促进创业的育人育才培养机制,进一步健全、完善、丰富职业教育生态系统。Based on the background of the times of the strategic transformation of China’s economic structure,this paper sorts out and analyzes the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the current situation of talent training in vocational colleges,focuses on solving the core problems of who to cultivate and how to cultivate talents in innovation and entrepreneurship education,takes school-enterprise cooperation,special innovation and education,integration of industry and education,curriculum system,combination of education and training,skill competition,innovation and entrepreneurship,and platform carrier as the starting point,and takes value shaping,knowledge impartation,and ability training as the goal,strengthens the top-level design of vocational education innovation and entrepreneurship ability improvement,to form the whole process,all-round education and talent training mechanism that focuses on innovation and promotes entrepreneurship and further improve and enrich the vocational education ecosystem.
