高校民族团结教育的现状与对策研究——基于21所高校的问卷调查

摘　　要：采用自编问卷对21所高校的1117名在校大学生的民族团结教育总体情况做了系统调查,发现民族团结意识已深入人心,大学生基本熟悉党的民族政策及具体内容。大学生能够充分尊重各民族的风俗习惯,校园媒体宣传是其了解民族团结进步创建活动的主要途径,民族院校更善于运用校园媒体,且民族团结进步创建活动更为丰富多彩。高校开展民族团结教育需要多元驱动、深度融通,通过加强马克思主义民族观教育,夯实学生交往交流交融的思想基础,推进建立嵌入管理模式,构筑交往交流交融常态化机制,深化民族团结进步宣传教育,营造交往交流交融的良好氛围,建设各民族共有精神家园。With the self-making questionnaires,the author carries out a systematic survey on the whole situation for the education of national unity in 21 colleges and universities,and 1117 college students participates in the survey.It is founded that the consciousness of national unity has been deeply rooted in students’hearts.It is not the primary standard for college students to fully respect the manners and customs.Campus media publicity is the main way to learn about the creating activities about national unity and progresses.Institutes of nationalities are better at using campus media and it is more colorful there for the creating activities about national unity and progresses.In addition,multiple drivers and deep integration are needed for the educational development of national unity in colleges and universities.What’s more,a common spiritual home of all nationalities can be built just through the following ways,such as strengthening the education on Marxist national outlook,consolidating the ideological basis of contact and communication,promoting the establishment of an embedded management model,building a normalization mechanism for contact and communication,deepening the publicity and education on national unity and progress,as well as creating a good atmosphere for contact and communication.
