摘 要:在供应链节能减排方面,除了原材料零部件的绿色化,设备的绿色升级也能极大地实现这一目标,但在企业绿色实践中,存在设备供应商不愿主动与下游客户沟通绿色需求的情况。主要原因是设备供应商担心下游客户提出过高的绿色需求,自身无法满足这种客户期望,会影响将来的议价能力。研究模型引入了一个惩罚函数以及相应的边界条件,结果表明惩罚对设备供应商绿色设计水平有3种作用——促进、阻碍、无影响,并提出相应的管理建议。In the supply chain energy saving and emission reduction,in addition to the greening of raw materials and parts,the green upgrade of equipment can also greatly achieve this goal.However,in corporate green practices,there are situations in which equipment suppliers are unwilling to actively communicate green demands with downstream customers.The main reason is that equipment suppliers are worried that downstream customers will put forward excessive green demand,and cannot meet such customer expectations by themselves,which will affect their future bargaining power.The research model introduces a penalty function,and the results show that the penalty has three effects on the equipment supplier′s green design level:promotion,hindrance,no impact,and corresponding boundary conditions,and proposes corresponding management suggestions.
