基于绿色发展的高职人才培养方案优化研究——以湖南省13个高水平专业群为例

摘　　要：基于绿色发展的核心理念与要求,借助Nvivo12 Plus软件对湖南省13个高水平专业群人才培养方案进行内容分析发现:在培养目标与规格方面,关注了可持续发展能力培养,但与绿色发展脱节,专业特色不明显;在课程设置方面,尚未形成绿色课程体系;在师资队伍与教学条件方面,可以满足基本教学要求,但缺少绿色元素。为此,培养方案优化的重点工作应包括:深化产教融合,加强科教融汇,建立绿色技能开发闭环系统;人才培养目标定位兼顾“可持续发展”与“适应绿色发展”的双重价值,培养体面就业的绿色工匠或绿色工程技术人员;基于专业特色,构建绿色课程体系;提高教师绿色认知,强化绿色技能培养,发挥全员育人功能;以数字转型为手段,升级绿色教学设施,完善校园能源管理工作体系。Based on the core concept and requirements of green development,Nvivo12 Plus software is used to analyze the content of talent cultivation programs of 13 high-level professional groups in Hunan Province.It is found that in terms of training objectives and specifications,the cultivation of sustainable development ability is concerned,but it is divorced from green development and the professional characteristics are not obvious.In the course setting,the green course system has not yet been formed.In terms of teaching staff and teaching conditions,it can meet basic teaching requirements,but it lacks green elements.The key work of training program optimization includes:deepening the integration of production and education,strengthening the integration of science and education,and establishing a closed-loop system for developing green skills;the goal orientation of talent training is taking into account the dual value of"sustainable development"and"adapting to green development",and training green craftsmen or green engineering technicians with decent employment;constructing green curriculum system,improving teachers'green cognition,strengthening green skills training,and giving full play to the education function of all teachers based on specialty characteristics;using digital transformation as a means to upgrade green teaching facilities and improve the campus energy management system.
