摘　　要：乡村人才振兴在乡村振兴战略实施中居于关键位置,新时代职业教育在服务乡村人才振兴中大有可为。目前,职业教育在促进乡村人才资源累积、农民素质提升及创新创业方面取得了一些明显成效。但在实践中,职业教育在服务乡村人才振兴中依然面对着一些突出问题,如乡村人才培养的质量不高、形式简单、资源紧缺及培养体系不全等。为此,要聚焦乡村所需人才,精准培养乡村人才,应通过多方主体协同育人,提升乡村人才培养质量;完善乡村人才培养体系,落实以人才为本;全方位引进各类教育平台,培养乡村高水平人才。The revitalization of rural talents occupies a key position in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and vocational education has great potential in helping the revitalization of rural talents.At present,vocational education has achieved some obvious results in promoting the accumulation of rural human resources,improving the quality of farmers,and innovating and starting businesses.However,in practice,vocational education faces some outstanding problems in helping the revitalization of rural talents,which are manifested in the low quality,simple form,shortage of resources and incomplete training system for rural talents.Therefore,focus on the needs of rural talents and cultivate rural talents precisely,multi-subjects coordinate education to improve the quality of rural talent training.Improve the rural talent training system and implement talent-oriented,build a vocational education platform in an all-round way to train high-level talents in rural areas,finally,the paper puts forward the coupling development strategy of rural vocational education to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
