摘 要:国家资历框架作为现代职业教育体系的重要制度保障,急需借鉴国际经验,探索建设中国道路。澳大利亚国家资历框架建设的成功经验对我国现代职业教育体系建设具有一定的借鉴性。通过追本溯源,梳理澳大利亚资历框架的发展历程,基本上分为发展阶段、过渡阶段、成熟阶段,对其各个阶段遇到的阻碍和相应的对策进行总结和分析,凝练澳大利亚国家资历框架建设的先进经验以及发展不足,提出从顶层铺平发展道路、加快技能认证以及学习成果认证进程、建立终身学习体系等具有落地性、实施性的对策建议。As an important institutional guarantee for the modern vocational education system,the national qualifi-cations framework urgently needs to learn from the corresponding international experience and explore the Chinese road of qualifications framework construction,and the successful experience of Australia's qualifications framework construction has certain reference for the construction of China's modern vocational education system.By tracing back the development history of Australia's qualifications framework,this study summarizes that its history is basi-cally divided into the development stage,transition stage and maturity stage,summarizes and analyzes the obstacles encountered in each stage and the corresponding countermeasures,and condenses the advanced experience of the construction of Australia's qualifications framework as well as its development deficiencies,so that we can,from the perspective of our own country's national conditions,pave the way for the development of the framework in China from the top,accelerate the process of skill From the perspective of the national situation,it puts forward correspond-ing countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the framework in China in terms of paving the way for development at the top level,accelerating the process of skills certification and learning outcomes certification,es-tablishing a lifelong learning system,and ensuring that the policies are put into practice.
