西南地区学前教育与人口变动趋势的协调发展研究——以云贵川三省2017—2020年的数据为例

摘  要:人口与教育是两个相互影响、相互制约的因素。以“三孩”政策的实施为研究背景,以西南地区云贵川三省2017—2020年学前教育发展的数据为例,分别从学前教育政策、城乡资源分配、乡村教职工配置三个维度予以分析。结果显示,该地区存在公共服务能力薄弱、城乡教育资源差距大、资源配置不足的问题。对此,建议从完善学前教育体制、扩大教育资源、缩小教师资源配置差距三个方面入手,促进西南地区学前教育与人口变动趋势协调发展。Population and education are two factors that influence and restrict each other.With the implementation of the three-child policy as the research background,the data of the development of preschool education in three provinces of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan in Southwest China from 2017 to 2020 are taken as examples,and analyzed from three dimensions:preschool education policy,urban and rural resource allocation,and rural teaching staff allocation.The results show that the the region suffers from weak public service capacity,a wide gap between urban and rural educational resources,and inadequate resource allocation.In this regard,it is recommended that a three-pronged approach be taken,namely,improving the preschool education system,expanding educational resources,and narrowing the gap in the allocation of teachers’resources,in order to promote the coordinated development of preschool education and population change trends in southwest China.
