摘　　要：对自我决定论视域下农村幼儿教师专业发展内源动力生成路径进行研究。农村幼儿教师专业发展存在意识薄弱、态度消极、行为懈怠等问题,内外动机失衡是主要原因。基于此,在自我决定论视域角度下,提出促进农村幼儿教师专业发展内源动力生成的重要路径,包括提供自主支持的环境、个性化激励策略和教师自我激励导向等。This paper studies the generation path to the internal motivation for professional development of rural preschool teachers from the perspective of self-determination theory.There are some problems in the professional development of rural preschool teachers,such as weak awareness,negative attitudes and slack behaviors,and the main reason is the imbalance of internal and external motivation.Therefore,from the perspective of self-determination theory,this paper puts forward the path to promoting the generation of endogenous motivation for the professional development of rural preschool teachers,including providing an environment for independent support,personalized incentive strate-gies,and teachers’self-motivation orientation.
