摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的核心内涵是提升住院医师的岗位胜任力,以促使住院医师具备独立从事临床工作的基本素养与专业能力。我国现阶段住培工作已从制度建设转向质量内涵建设,吉林大学第一医院放射科将“影像报告质量控制系统”嵌入到PACS中,充分利用计算机技术实时对比、分析影像报告并对报告书写质量进行控制,对漏诊误诊病例、报告书写失误原因、诊断符合率等进行全面的、深层次分析,针对住院医师的不同问题,开展个性化辅导与强化提升,并追溯原因,着手解决及后续随访,形成闭环良好的教学反馈模式,落实住院医师管理的规范化、标准化与同质化。The core of standardized training for resident physicians(referred to as residency training) is to improve the competency of residents,so as to make residents have the basic quality and professional ability in clinical work.The current residency training work has shifted from system construction to quality connotation construction in China.The Radiology Department of the First Hospital of Jilin University has embedded the "image report quality control system" into PACS,making full use of computer technology to compare and analyze image reports in real time.The quality of the report is evaluated in a comprehensive and detailed analysis,such as missed and misdiagnosed cases,the causes of report errors,and the rate of diagnosis conformity,etc.The residents are provided with personalized strengthening for solving different problems,and by tracing back the causes and following up the progress,a closed-loop feedback model is formed,in order to realize the standardization and homogenization of residency training.
