临床病理科住院医师规范化培训基地建设十年的经验和体会

摘　　要：目的探讨临床病理科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)专业基地质量内涵建设的模式和方法。方法通过召开座谈会、发放调查问卷和电话访谈等形式对已毕业的住院医师进行回访,收集和分析他们的学习状况、毕业前、毕业后发展情况及建议和意见,总结规范化培训体系十年建设成果和优化过程。结果作为国家临床重点专科建设项目,福建医科大学附属第一医院病理科拥有一支病理亚专科较为齐全的医技队伍,医教协同,十年临床病理科专业基地建设也在不断优化,如重视医学人文教育;临床病理教学体系不断完善,包括医技协同多对一导师制、亚专科为主体的带教模式、兼顾基础理论与学科进展的临床小讲课、坚持临床实践岗位核心胜任力的培养、基于分层教学的过程考核、线上教学案例库的建设和临床科研思维培养等;师资队伍不断壮大和提高。结论加强专业基地内涵建设有助于提高住院医师培训质量。Objective To identify the effective mode to improve the quality construction in the standardized training base of clinical pathology residents.Methods Data including the educational progress and post-graduation development was collected through seminars,individual interviews and questionnaires from graduated resident physicians.Feedback and suggestions were analyzed,and a decade of experience in constructing and optimizing the standardized training base was summarized.Results With the support of National Key Clinical Specialty Construction Project,the Department of Pathology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University has a well-established team of doctors and technicians specialized in pathology.Over the past decades,construction of the standardized training base has achieved progress through medical education collaboration.Its educational characteristics lies on medical humanities education.It has established an evolving practical teaching system for clinical pathology education,including a tutor responsibility system based on pathological subspecialty practice between pathologists and technicians,mini-lectures focusing on pathological fundamentals and development edge,core competencies cultivation by clinical practice,construction of an online digital pathology library,feedback mechanism and implemention,process assessment,and research skills forstered by encouraging thinking on translational clinical research and thesis writing.Conclusion Enhancing the intrinsic construction of the standardized training base could help to improve the quality of training residents.
