摘 要:目的 探讨腰椎穿刺术虚拟仿真实验教学对提高住院医师神经内科临床技能的作用。方法 纳入陆军军医大学大坪医院住院医师183名,分为腰椎穿刺(简称腰穿)虚拟仿真实验教学组(观察组,91人)与传统教学组(对照组,92人),研究腰穿虚拟仿真实验教学与传统教学法对提高住院医师神经专科技能的作用,比较两组住院医师的腰穿理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学效果评价及教学满意度。结果 观察组住院医师腰穿理论成绩显著高于对照组[(96.76±7.10)分比(89.16±13.57)分,P<0.05]。两组腰穿技能操作成绩比较,观察组成绩显著高于对照组成绩[(85.27±7.55)分比(77.83±12.56)分,P<0.05]。与对照组比较,观察组教学效果评价及教学满意度评价等级更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 腰穿虚拟仿真实验教学是一种新型教学模式,可激发住院医师兴趣,有效提升住院医师腰穿理论及技能操作成绩,提高教学质量,提高临床教学满意度,是提高住院医师神经专科技能的有效手段,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of virtual simulation experiment teaching of lumbar puncture on improving the clinical skills of resident physicians in our neurology department.Methods 183 resident physicians in Daping Hospital of Army Military Medical University were included and divided into traditional teaching group(control group,92 persons) and virtual simulation experiment teaching group(observation group,91persons).The effect of virtual simulation experiment teaching of lumbar puncture and traditional teaching method on improving the neurological skills of resident physicians was studied.The results of theoretical assessment,operational assessment,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of residents were compared.Results The theoretical scores of lumbar puncture of residents in control group were significantly lower than those in observation group [(89.16±13.57) points vs(96.76±7.10) points,P< 0.05].Comparing the performance of the two groups,the performance of the control group was significantly worse than that of the observation group [(77.83±12.56) points vs(85.27±7.55) points(P< 0.05)].Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction evaluation,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Virtual simulation experiment teaching of lumbar puncture is a new teaching mode,which can stimulate the interest of residents,effectively improve the theoretical and technical performance of residents,improve the teaching quality,and improve the satisfaction of clinical teaching.It is an effective means to improve the neurological skills of residents,and is worthy of popularization and application.
