摘 要:红曲米是中国传统中药,近代研究发现红曲米内含有莫奈克林-K(Monaclin K),其具有降低血脂作用,由此研发的他汀类药物在降低血脂、延缓及逆转动脉粥样硬化斑块,防治心血管病起到明显作用,并被国内外各类指南推荐。正是由于他汀类药物在临床的有效使用,引起对含有莫奈克林-K的红曲类制剂的关注和研究。本文收集红曲类制剂,包括药品和保健食品相关的临床研究文献,并对其临床试验研究的有效性、安全性及使用注意事项进行综述,为红曲米制剂的使用提供参考。Red yeast rice(RYR)is a traditional Chinese medicine.Modern studies have found that Monaclin K contains RYR,which has the effect of lowering blood lipids.Therefore,statins developed and developed have played an obvious role in reducing blood lipids,reversing and delaying atherosclerotic plaques,and preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases,and have been recommended by various domestic and foreign guidelines.It is because of the effective use of statins that attention and research have been paid to RYR containing Monaclin K.In this paper,clinical research literatures related to RYR preparations,including drugs and health care foods,were collected,and the effectiveness,safety and precautions of clinical trials were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the use of red yeast rice preparations.
