点拨教学法在妇产科护理查房教学中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：分析妇产科护理查房教学中点拨教学法的应用价值。研究时间为2022年11月—2023年11月,研究对象为46名护理实习生。采用抽签法将护理实习生分为比照组和点拨组,每组各23名,比照组实施常态教学,点拨组实施点拨教学法,比较两种教学方法的应用效果。结果显示,带教后,点拨组查房理论、查房实践以及病历书写成绩均高于比照组(P<0.05)。点拨组教学质量优于比照组(P<0.05)。点拨组各项核心能力评分均高于比照组(P<0.05)。点拨组护理实习生的总满意率高于比照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,点拨教学法优势明显,能提高护理实习生的考核成绩,提升护理实习生的知识和技能水平,进而为患者提供更加优质的查房服务。Analyze the application value of point shifting teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching rounds.The research period is from November 2022 to November 2023,and the research subjects are 46 nursing interns.Using the lottery method,nursing interns were divided into a control group and a referral group,with 23 students in each group.The control group received regular teaching,while the referral group received referral teaching.The application effects of the two teaching methods were compared.The results showed that after teaching,the counseling group had higher scores in ward theory,ward practice,and medical record writing than the control group(P<0.05).The teaching quality of the guidance group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The core competency scores of the guidance group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing interns in the guidance group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the point and play teaching method has significant advantages,as it can improve the assessment scores of nursing interns,enhance their knowledge and skills,and provide better ward rounds for patients.
